BRAND NEW RENOVATION PROJECT

Our latest project is an all time first for Falchi! We are beggining a complete renovation of a 6000 Square foot property. We have renovated homes in the past but have never started with just the skeleton of a building. Here are a few images of the property, you will see just how vast the space is - and how much work there is to do!

This is a very new project therefore we are still in the planning stage. What is fantastic about this project is absolutely every decision being made is tailored to our client. Where would they like to have their morning cup of tea watching the television? Every plug socket, light fixture, door Ect. is completely 100% tailored to their daily lives. Our job is to find out exactly how they can use their home to the best of its capability.

Falchi Finishes!

Our clients are forever keeping us on our toes! Marble and other reliable classic materials seem too ordinary for some and dare i say it, boring.. Something with a bit more 'Pazaz' is required. This for us at Falchi is a perfect oportunity to explore new materials and further our knowledge and understanding of modern resources available today. We came across various fantastic materials and are keen to share our finds!

Quartz

This is a fantastic bar we installed into our clients home.
It is made wholey out of quartz, using lighting to help bring out the unique pattern in the material.

Lights are installed within the furniture, turning this bar into a feature.

Resin

This is a completely new and innovative material. It consists of a thin layer of resin sandwhiched between two thin pieces of wood creating an almost glass effect. Unbelievable finish!

HELLO!!

Hello everyone, we are Falchi Interiors! This is our very first blog so a little introduction is needed. We are a small Interior Design business from Berkshire and pride ourselves on the fact that every design is originial and tailor made for our clients, whether that be a residential, corporate or commercial project we strive to make our clients vision into a reality. We embrace everything from structural redesign to soft furnishings.

As our business is predominately a visual one, here are a few projects we have done!

 London Mews House

The Brief:
To redesign this mews house from a three bedroom to a contemporary two bedroom open plan entertaining space.

We completely gutted the whole property leaving just its shell. From under floor heating to air conditioning, contemporary bathrooms and a Mark Taylor Kitchen we redefined the house.
The original brick arches on the first floor were re-aligned and the two bathrooms reflected the contemporary feel of the mews house. The tone on tone paint colours contemporised the original features.

The ground floor could be sectioned off or completely open for entertaining by using the louvered sliding doors between the kitchen and living area. A mews house for modern day living!

Sophisticated Mansion

The Brief:To furnish an eight bedroom rented mansion. The challenge was to create the warmth and ambience of a family home without changing wall colours, flooring or window treatments.

We purchased many pieces of Art and brought in a variety of fabrics for our bespoke sofas and chairs along with many other pieces of furniture bought and custom made.

The design was a combination of sophistication and easy living. From the formal lounge with the Steinway Grand Piano to the T.V. room with the framed photographs and the collection of London memorabilia this property became a home.
